The problem
Homeowners associations still run access, amenities, packages, and dues across WhatsApp threads, paper logs, and disconnected billing. Residents wait. Admins reconcile by hand.
What I built
- Web portals and a mobile app for residents and administrators, from concept through production.
- QR visitor invitations, amenity reservations, package tracking, and maintenance-fee structures.
- Stripe-backed online payments, invoices, and reconciliation for occupied residential complexes.
