The problem
Kermés and fundraisers leak cash between the door, the booths, and the close-out spreadsheet. Kids lose coins. Vendors make change in the dark.
What I built
- A closed-loop ledger for organizers, vendors, and guests — cash stays at the door.
- QR wallets, instant top-ups, and a vendor register that runs on any phone.
- Shipped the full product through the App Store and Google Play for regional community events.
